Products & Ingredients

What is body oil and how is it different from lotion? Body oil is a concentrated blend of nourishing botanical oils that absorbs deeply to soften, hydrate, and give skin a radiant glow. Unlike lotion, there are no fillers or water — just pure, skin-loving oils. It's especially great for melanin-rich skin that craves long-lasting moisture.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin? Our oils are made with gentle, high-quality botanical ingredients. That said, everyone's skin is different — we always recommend doing a patch test on your inner forearm before first use.

Is the Golden Glow Facial Elixir really fragrance-free? Yes. The Golden Glow Facial Elixir contains no added fragrance — just nutrient-rich oils chosen to nourish and illuminate your skin.

What is the shimmer made of? Our Shimmer Body Oils are made with the same nourishing base as our Luxe Body Oils, with the addition of cosmetic-grade, skin-safe mica for a soft, light-catching glow.

I have a nut allergy. Can I use Soft Life Skin products? We want you glowing and safe. Our oils are made with plant-based ingredients that include nut-derived oils — marula, argan, tamanu, and coconut. If you have a tree nut or coconut allergy, we recommend consulting your doctor or allergist before use. For all skin types, we suggest a patch test: apply a small amount to your inner forearm and wait 24–48 hours before full use. Full ingredient (INCI) lists are on every product page and label, so you can review everything before you buy.

Are your products tested on animals? Never. Soft Life Skin is proudly cruelty-free.


Orders & Shipping

How long until my order ships? Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Do you offer local pickup? Yes! If you're in the Southaven, MS area, you can choose local pickup at checkout. You'll receive a confirmation when your order is ready to be picked up.

Where do you ship? We scurrently ship within the United States.

Can I change or cancel my order? Reach out as soon as possible at hello@softlifeexperienceco.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help.


Returns & Issues

What is your return policy? Because our products are body care items, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do? We're so sorry! Email hello@softlifeexperienceco.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll take care of you quickly.
