Shipping
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. We currently ship within the United States.
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note: processing times do not include weekends or holidays. During launch periods and high-volume times, processing may take a bit longer. We appreciate your patience.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are body care items, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. We know you'll love what you ordered — but if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.
To report a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us at hello@softlifeexperienceco.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll get it handled quickly.
All sales on discounted or promotional items are final.
